Scaling Plan :-

After being funded, Every time a trader makes 4% profit in the span of 30 Days, their account size will grow by 25% of the initial balance.

News Trading Rules :-

There is no News Restriction when a trader trades with Optimal Traders.

Other Things to keep in mind:-

How is daily drawdown calculated :

In 1-Step Standard Program, there is no daily drawdown limit.

In 1-Step Algo and 2-Step Standard Challenge, the daily drawdown is calculated based on the equity or balance whichever is higher at the end of the day and will keep readjusting based on the account balance. This type of Daily drawdown also grows and shrinks with the account balance.

Gambling Rules :

Optimal Traders does not allow traders to have a gambler mentality and trade in ways like “ALL IN” , Trades which consist of really aggressive targets or really big lot sizes, Trades which can either pass or just fail the account, no proper risk management. Exploiting news events in not a sustainable way, these all come under gambling and is prohibited by Optimal Traders.

Strategies that are not allowed :

There are few trading strategies which are not allowed by Optimal Traders and these strategies include : 

• High-Frequency Trading
• Copying trades from someone else’s account
• Trade using signals
• Martingale
• Grid Trading
• Arbitrage Trading (Latency or Reverse)
• Tick scalping
• Demo Account Management Services

Payout Methods :

Optimal Traders provide two payout methods:-

• Rise

• Cryptocurrency

Trading Commissions :

Commissions are set to $3 per side($6 round trip) on forex, metals and Indices in both Evaluation and Funded Phases.

IP Rules :

Traders are recommended to trade only with the same IP Address and geographical location from where they have purchased the challenge account and also if a trader changes their IP Address or geographical location then they will have to provide satisfactory proof to the support team to be able to trade further.
